∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Relevant PGD, Training
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analytical Skill, Commercial/ Purchase, Computer skill, Documentation, Export/ Import through L/C, Product sourcing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
∎ Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery
∎ Review quality of purchased products
∎ Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
∎ Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
∎ Ensure the materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for customer
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs
∎ To develop new vendor or supplier directly or indirectly and maintain contact with them for smooth purchase operation.
∎ To analyze the market condition for the present and future pricing, availability, lead time and capacity of service
∎ Fluent English speaking for phone conversation outside of Bangladesh, Fast type both Bangla and English,
∎ To carry out any other jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Purchase and Procurement hands on experience.
Salary: Negotiable
