∎ Staying up-to-date on the latest process and lT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
∎ Review existing lT systems and internal processes; collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within IT infrastructures.
∎ She/he will be responsible for overall management of assisting the higher authority in the daily tasks.
∎ To provide timely and effective support services for other departments.
∎ Bearing the responsibility in pre meeting preparation.
∎ Any other related services as advised by higher authority.
