∎ Physically fit and willing to work in a three-shift system, including night shifts.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and control a large team.
∎ Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and waste control techniques.
∎ Fluent in English with strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and maintain 5S, safety standards, and compliance within the workplace.
∎ Perform hands-on machine maintenance and train the technical team accordingly.
∎ Analyze machine breakdowns and performance issues; take proactive steps to improve machine condition.
∎ Identify and reduce various types of production losses to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
∎ Ensure daily production targets are achieved on time while maintaining 100% quality standards.
∎ Communicate and negotiate effectively with concern stakeholders to fulfill operational requirements.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department manager.
