Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist and report to General Site Manager coordinating within TESS, TAPL and/or with Owner and other Consortium members for specific matter requested by General Site Manager.
∎ Site coordination between TESS, TAPL, Owner, Consortium members, Subcontractors for Project.
∎ Attend Technical Coordination Meeting with Engineers, Contractors and Subcontractors and record and follow up Technical outstanding.
∎ Attend daily, weekly, monthly Meeting with TESS, TAPL, Owner, Consortium members, and record MOM.
∎ Coordinate and compile meeting materials of TESS/TPSC for daily, weekly, monthly Meeting with TESS, TAPL, Owner, Consortium members.
∎ Comply with all operation standards and laws and regulations.
∎ Build and maintain strategic partnership with the Owner and other EPC members.
∎ Coordinate and follow up countermeasure and rectification activities of Non-conformities.
∎ To ensure the safe Testing and Commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary plant milestones in accordance with the project schedule requirements.
∎ Assist in the assessment of commissioning costs, maintenance cost, and safety studies.
∎ To prepare and produce all testing and commissioning documentation, if required prepare the Method Statements and Commissioning procedures.
∎ To schedule, coordinate and execute testing and full life cycle of onsite commissioning activities with tight deadlines and in line with the specified equipment requirements.
∎ Monitoring progress and recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation as per approved ITPs.
∎ To possess a good communication skills and have to liaise with the other consortium member’s and also deal with the Owner and its Owners Consulting team.
∎ Troubleshooting, countermeasures and providing advice on operational procedures, schematic and drawings.
∎ To schedule and supervise operational review with operational and engineering staff. And also to give OJT (On Job Training) to Owner Team as and when required.
∎ Perform other administrative or engineering duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Plenty of experience with EPC / EPCM contractors and Operation & Maintenance in the Power Plant Preferable Supercritical Thermal Power Plants.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Applications and AutoCAD Applications
∎ Results oriented individual with robust technical abilities and capable to work under tight deadlines.
∎ Able to work independently and in a team to achieve departmental goal of lean production.
∎ Able to keep good relationships with all personnel at site and people in the living area.

Salary: Negotiable
