Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create comprehensive technical training programs and materials tailored to the needs of the After Sales Service team.
∎ Ensure training content is up-to-date with the latest industry standards and company products.
∎ Plan and coordinate training sessions, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
∎ Maintain a training calendar and ensure timely communication with participants.
∎ Identify and liaise with external trainers or training providers to supplement internal training programs.
∎ Gather feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
∎ Develop and manage the technical training budget.
∎ Collect and analyze feedback from training participants and monitor and analyze training outcomes using key performance indicators
∎ Prepare and present detailed reports on training activities, outcomes, and plans to senior management.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of regional technical trainers.
∎ Focus on both soft skills and technical skills training to ensure well-rounded development of the technical team.
∎ Assist in the implementation and training of digital applications/software for the After Sales Service Department.
∎ Ensure the team is proficient in using new technologies to enhance service delivery.

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Capability Development Trainer to join our After Sales Service Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring our technical team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding after-sales support.
