∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Clinic, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise day-to-day operations in the Customer Service Department.
∎ Activity reporting of the sub-divisions (Customer Support, Issue Resolution, etc. )
∎ Customer Database maintenance and enrichment (Email & SMS).
∎ Solve/Take Steps on top most Critical Issues (Daily/Every Other Days).
∎ Roster Operation.
∎ Team Members Activity Recording (Using best Trackers).
∎ Prepare Performance Reports, best Performer of the Week/Month.
∎ Provide Feedback & Observation for Requirement and Changes.
∎ Appreciation process arrangement with official HR , KPI upgradation.
∎ Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
∎ Alignment among the inter-department regarding various processes and procedures.
∎ Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports and share them with the management as per requirements.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability, Should have strong communication skill.
∎ Other duties as per Management Requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
