Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, call center supervisory management, Good Team Leader, Hindi and English, Outbound calls

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BPO, Call Center, Call Centre Supervision Management, Outbound calls, Team Lead
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center

Job Context:
∎ Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication Culture in call centre.
∎ Responsible for Setting clear team goals (Outgoing calls) and day to day operation.
∎ Manage the Rotational leaves in his/her team according to that performance (Business reminders) is not hampered.
∎ Responsible for team performance (Customer service/Tele-sales) and parameters set by management.
∎ Responsible for Escalation management in his/her team.
∎ Responsible for attendance management and manpower management according to attendance parameters.
∎ Responsible for call quality maintaining in his/her team.
∎ Delegating tasks and set deadlines(Tele-sales targets, Call targets) for his/her internal team
∎ Responsible for discovering training needs and coaching of his/her team.
∎ Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
