Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dorsch Consult is looking for team leader to lead the Oil & Gas team for one of their projects being implemented in Bangladesh. He should be Graduate Mechanical engineer with a minimum of 15 Years experience in planning, design, specification, bid preparation, evaluation, construction, testing and commissioning of Oil & Gas Projects.The Team Leader will be reporting to the International Team Leader and shall be involved with the following: -
∎ Supervise planning and scheduling activities including Contractor's Master and Detailed schedule.
∎ Supervise budget and cost control activities
∎ Review Contractor's project Control procedures, recording and reporting methods
∎ Review and monitor the Contractor's master and detailed schedules
∎ Prepare periodic forecasts of costs to complete the Project
∎ Reconcile cost control procedures and records with accounting recorded costs in project final cost of the project.
∎ Keep the Project Manager informed of cost and progress performance relative to budget and schedule, identifying deviations and trends and advising corrective actions
∎ Develop specifications for major mechanical equipment and piping to be included in Bid Documents according to API, ASME standards and related codes and statutory regulations
∎ Report to international mechanical engineer / team leader for all technical matters
∎ Review and approve As Built Drawings
∎ Involve in Certifying Invoices submitted by Contractor
∎ Assist in claim settlement with contractor
∎ Provide services during Defects Liability Period
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 60 years
∎ Desired Profile of the Candidate:
∎ Resourceful individual who is pro-active, independent and able to work with ownership Approach, preferably with relevant experience in Oil & Gas Sector in the Middle East or Far East Asia
∎ Efficient Communicator - Verbal and Written
∎ Pleasant Attitude with a positive approach.
∎ Multitasking, sincere, honest and confident
∎ Good at innovation
∎ Male Candidates preferred
