Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Team Leader position for a large infrastructure project in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidates having experience as a Team Leader for similar projects / Smart Cities will be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. Post Graduate qualification in Project/Construction Management will be preferred.
∎ Should have at least total 20 year of relevant experience of which at least 10 year · experience in project management, coordination on design & drawings, contract management, quality control, monitoring, reporting & top supervision of large area development for light industrial purpose.
∎ Should have handled 3 similar projects as Team Leader, out of which 2 should be outside India/Bangladesh.
∎ Experience in world Bank or donor funded similar project as Team Leader would be preferable.
∎ Experience of working with Engineering Consulting company / with EPC employer will be preferred.
∎ Should have good knowledge of various engineering codes and ability to lead team involving engineering, procurement and construction.
∎ People with lesser experience i.e. upto 15 years will be considered for Deputy Team Leader position.
∎ Prior experience in Procurement will be preferred.
∎ Compensation will not be a constraint for dynamic and matured person.
∎ Bangladeshi nationals who have extensive international experience will be considered.
