Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Customer Service Team Leader for our company ``Trust Global Communications`` which is a leading International BPO Call Centre outsourcing organization.
∎ The main purpose of this company is working as a back office to support our USA / UK / AUS clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
∎ Excellent Communication skills with customers in appropriate accent.
∎ Analytic skill and working ability for team development.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound & outbound calls to USA / UK / AUS customers in a timely manner.
∎ Inbound, Outbound, Data Entry, Acquisition, Customer Service Provider.
∎ Have the ability to coach, train and motivate the employees and evaluate their performances on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Record and maintain reactions of prospects contacted into database or CRM after the call.
∎ A Team Leader will be responsible for different complex issue forwarded by agent or liaise with other departments to resolve the issue appropriately.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years

∎ Experience in International Call Center will get preference.
∎ Willingness to do bulk hiring.
