We recruit across various verticals for multinational corporations as well as leading business houses of the country.
∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of Team Assistant for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supporting daily, weekly and monthly reporting system.
∎ Managing FCPA, travel, CTREX, letters, and meetings for OPS, BB, and Security.
∎ Reporting the daily production to PetroBangla.
∎ Facilitating OLT and weekly operations coordination meetings.
∎ Tracking Focus Item status.
∎ Obtaining a Lean Sigma Green Belt and leading Lean Sigma projects.
∎ Utilize the PI dashboards and create new ones to track performance and identify opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in developing excel modelling, project evaluation or planning and budgeting.
∎ Advanced skills in MS office, Excel based tools.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skills, enthusiasm and self-driven.
∎ Experience in financial and probabilistic modelling e.g. Crystal ball, Decision tree analysis will be an added advantage.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Dominant work schedule will be 5 days on/ 2 days off basis. Work Schedule may vary as per Company`s requirement. Yearly two annual allowance/bonus. Cell phone allowance. Group life Insurance coverage. Hospitalization Insurance coverage.

∎ Over time allowance
