∎ BSC/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Responsible for implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements with project-based activities, including new product introduction and manufacturing cell design to reduce waste, improve quality and safety, and reduce operating costs. Manage KPIs and ensure preventative actions are taken to maximize success. Work on many phases or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results impacting on project completion. Work under general supervision, reviewed at project milestones and/or on completion by Senior Management
∎ Department: Blending Operation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of daily blending operations as per Daily Plan.
∎ Ensure that products are blended as per formulation within schedule time. Monitor the Blending HMI screen during operation to ensure the products are blended in right way.
∎ Ensure that blended products are within specs. from first time sample.
∎ Ensure to operate the automation system through HMI screen correctly as guided
∎ Coordinate the maintenance and repair of equipment at blending side. Ensure that a preventive maintenance program is in place for the Blender Automation+B37 in association of Maintenance
∎ Keep update all production data, equipment related data and other such records which will assist in improving line efficiency.
∎ Keep update the inventory records for all raw materials as well as all records related to operation as per guideline in compliance with PIAQA & ISO.
∎ Ensure housekeeping of the working premises
∎ Other activities as instructed by the Dept. Head

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-4 years' experience in lube oil manufacturing preferred (Education qualification may be relaxed for experience person of Diploma Engineer.)
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
