Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in EEE/ IPE from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: KAIZEN 5s, LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Process Development, System development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluation of existing production methods and fix a new production methods
∎ Extend work measurement in other processes like accessories, Cables, Circuit Preparation areas, AI, Mi lines, manual preparation areas etc.
∎ Constant control of direct labor cost.
∎ Analysis of the production loss time & initiate root cause analysis to reduce NPT.
∎ Work study database including videos on a constant basis to implementation of the better system to eliminate excess motions.
∎ Research on new machinery and the latest systems that meet company’s long term goal.
∎ Initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools and looking for the scope of implementation & Kaizen activities
∎ Any other work assigned by HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience on Industrial System Development.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill, leadership qualities and practical approach to engineering problems.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge on latest process & product technology
∎ Should be capable of understanding about AI Platform.
∎ Good communication skill & sunny personality.
