Job Context:
∎ Progressive Life Insurance Company Limited (PLICL) is seeking a Syram Analyst/Head of IT with expertise in the Life Insurance Company to oversee the daily general administration operations & business of our company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and optimize both on-premises and cloud environments while ensuring stability, availability, and performance.
∎ Ensure the reliability, efficiency and scalablity of security gateway network infrastructure, and data storage systems.
∎ Automate tasks and script repetitive processes to enhance operational efficiency, minimize downtime and reduce manual Intervention.
∎ Identify and diagnose system Issues, promptly taking corrective actions, and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution. Ensure system security by Implementing robust security policies and procedures that adhere to industry standards and regulations.
∎ Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team.
∎ Maintain regular backups of critical data and system configurations, and implement recovery plans to mitigate the Impact of system fallures.
∎ Develop and maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and policies ensuring compliance with Industry standards
∎ Collaborate dosely with other teams to ensure the seamless integration and delivery of critical services.
∎ Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
∎ Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing Improved procedures.
∎ Defines project requirements by Identifying project milestones, phases, and elements forming project team; establishing project budget.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 6 years of working experience in the software development track Including a minimum of 3 years' experience as a System Analyst and 3 years as a Software Developer.
