Job Context:
∎ Progressive Life Insurance Company Limited (PLICL) is seeking a professional Deputy Managing Director [DHD) with expertise in the Life Insurance Company to oversee the daily general administration operations & business of our company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and conduct modular professional programs in allied field of management and leadership development.
∎ Must have knowledge about Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). Provide advisory services on enhancing management development capacities of the Life Insurance Industry at all levels.
∎ •Development Planning Strategic Management and provide policy Inputs for the Life Insurance/private sector.
∎ Cany out consultancy to facilitate capacity development In the field of Management development. Public Policy and legislation, Leadership & Community Services.
∎ Administrative and Supervisory Management for organizational Behavior.
∎ Examination of operational Process and procedures.
∎ Review, monitor of regulatory compliance and policy compliances. To conduct the audit assignment as per audit program.
∎ To conduct the special assignment as per requirement of board. Any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Oversee all legal and litigation matters and advise on civil matters directed to external counsel
∎ • Developing and implementing Admin, HR and compliance strategies In line with the Business Plan, Labor Law, Buyers' COC, Industry standards, etc.
∎ Liaison with the company's Projects Head, Departmental Heads, and Line Managers regarding Business Development and operations and report to the Top management accordingly.
∎ Developing initiatives to nurture a positive working environment, reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling. and bridging management employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and discipline & performance Issues. Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ 5 years of experience as Deputy Managing Director and/or in Life Insurance.
∎ Experience in establishing business goals and strategies.
∎ • Good understanding of corporate law.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
