∎ The Ministry of Defense (KSA) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Swimming Trainer to join our team. You will play a vital role in fostering water safety awareness, developing swimming skills, and promoting an active lifestyle for our personnel and their families.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ * Design and implement personalized swimming programs for individuals and groups, catering to various age groups, abilities, and goals.
∎ * Provide safe and effective instruction on proper swimming techniques, including water familiarization, stroke development, and safety protocols.
∎ * Conduct engaging and progressive swimming lessons tailored to individual needs and learning styles.
∎ * Motivate and encourage individuals to overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their swimming goals.
∎ * Ensure a safe and positive learning environment by adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean and well-maintained pool area.
∎ * Track individual progress and adjust programs as needed to provide continuous improvement.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified Swimming Instructor or equivalent experience with a proven track record of success.
∎ * Strong understanding of swimming principles, safety protocols, and various instructional methodologies.
∎ * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
∎ * Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and abilities, fostering a sense of enjoyment and accomplishment.
∎ * Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for water safety and swimming instruction.
∎ * Proficient in Arabic language, English language a plus.
∎
