Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma-in-Surveying/ Civil Engineering from any reputed public/private Polytechnic Institute.
∎ Skills Required: Measurement, Surveying, Topographic Survey
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hydrographic Survey, Land measurement, Land Survey, quantity surveyor
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review the shop drawings and submittals of the Road profile submitted by the contractor;
∎ Review the preliminary cost estimates for the project;
∎ Support site inspections and assessments and prepare subsequent comments and reports;
∎ Document the positioning of all fittings / thrust blocks in the drawings and maintain accurate records for utilizing the data to generate As-Built drawings;
∎ Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed;
∎ Assist the PM in verifying the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites;
∎ Support/review surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles;
∎ Review the calculations of heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain;
∎ Prepare preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys;
∎ Assist in scheduling requested tasks related to quantity surveying;
∎ Maintaining, accurate, quality and completion documentation as identified in responsibilities above.
∎ Perform any other tasks as per the PM request.
∎ Capable to know the GPS System Survey.
∎ Fix the column position by GPS reading from BM or TBM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good MS Office and computer aided drawing skills.
∎ Able to work independently and meticulously.
