Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location: Company Project Site (inside and outside of Dhaka city)
∎ Head Office: Planners Tower, Level 15, 13/A Bir Uttam CR Datta Road, Banglamotor, Dhaka 1000
∎ Available Date: As Soon as Possible
∎ Conduct accurate surveying and measurement of bulkheads for earth filling by dredger for land development.
∎ Conduct accurate measurement/volume of materials in drum truck, and similar equipment used for land development.
∎ Supervise land development works including plotting, leveling, and area verification.
∎ Monitor and verify land and building construction areas based on drawings and specifications.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and survey records.
∎ Coordinate with project engineers and company authority to ensure survey accuracy.
∎ Use relevant instruments and software for surveying and mapping.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards at work sites.
∎ Good communication and reporting skills
∎ Willingness to work in project locations under varied conditions
