Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify and collect Deeds, Khatians, Maps etc. from RAJUK, various Tahsil office & Sub- Registrar offices, AC (Land) office, DC Office etc.
∎ Ensure possession of Land/Flat through demarcation.
∎ Assist the registration procedure of Sale Deed/mortgage/redemption procedure of Land/Flat.
∎ Ensure proper filing of documents and maintain Land/Flat documents.
∎ Ensure Mutation & Settlement of land of various projects.
∎ Post purchase management, payment of tax and other relevant works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 2 years of working experiences as Surveyor is preferable
∎ Must have good knowledge in MS Office
