Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ 4 years Diploma in Survey from a Government Polytechnic Institute preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Contour Survey, Land Survey, Surveyor, Topographic Survey
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a skilled and expert Surveyor who can carry out related tasks as and when required by the management.
∎ Those ready to join within short notice will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing survey report and super imposing.
∎ Proper land measurement and provide actual information to the management.
∎ Collect prospective land information through different media and ensure feasibility with proper market survey.
∎ Checking all types of land measuring documents.
∎ Communicating with potential land owners and arranging meeting with management.
∎ Providing assistance to the superior when and where required.
∎ Able to maintain and develop strong relationship with Government offices such as Civil Court, Union land office, AC land office, Surveyor Office, Settlement Office, Registration Office, DC Office, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to do volume calculation
∎ Sound knowledge in CAD drawing both 2D and 3D (AutoCaD)
∎ Knowledge in Lider Survey

Salary: Negotiable
