Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in survey
∎ Skills Required: Civil, GIS Mapping, Surveying.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have practical and operational knowledge on Total station, Theodolite, Level machine, digital levels and surveying software etc.
∎ Able to perform pre-work and post-work survey of Land Development, Civil Construction projects, etc.
∎ Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
∎ Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
∎ Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for Projects, constructions, property based on legal deeds and titles.
∎ Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features
∎ Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
∎ Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys and preparing the survey report as per requirement.
∎ Present findings, write report to clients.
∎ Can be able to make digital survey with the help of software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 06 years out of this at least 03 years independent working experience with a reputed organization as a surveyor.
∎ Candidate should have skill in English both in speaking and writing.
∎ Working experience with foreign company and foreign designer will get preference
∎ Must have good skill on AutoCad, Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
∎ Ability to organize the task to meet the company standard.
∎ Skills Required: Civil,GIS/ Mapping
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure
