Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering, preferably from any reputed public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Context:

∎ 25/A Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka-1000.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of works procedure and BOQ of buildings and steel structure buildings construction including RCC frame structure of a whole project. Which also includes excavation, backfilling, graveling, drainage system etc.
∎ Preparation of project and buildings construction plan and works schedule.
∎ Preparation of cost analysis based on working design/drawing.
∎ Independently project management, project control and status reporting.
∎ Quality assurances and Quality Control (QA/QC). Ensure quality of works at every phase of construction by maintaining checklists/quality control and appropriate/standard procedures.
∎ Responsible and to ensure timely progress of the project as per works procedure and construction schedule.
∎ Supervise and control of the job activities of the subordinates of the project.
∎ Ensure and supervise the activities of subcontractors and materials supplier.
∎ Ensure quality of structural and architectural works are carried out as per design and specifications.
∎ Ensure the quality of construction materials by maintaining proper quality control.
∎ Finding out the ways for cost minimization.
∎ To ensure project/site labor management.
∎ To ensure site stores are well maintained, safe and secured with no excess unused materials.
∎ Timely preparation of contractors/suppliers running and final bills.
∎ Budget preparation.
∎ Time to time progressmeeting with the beneficiary and reporting to management.
∎ Coordination with local community and Govt. agencies.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s), Experience below 15 years not need to apply.
∎ Must have computer skill on Microsoft office & AutoCAD
∎ Experience in completion of civil construction projects independently and records of successful completion of civil construction projects.
∎ Must be capable to work independently and efficiently for the project.
∎ Should have experience of working with foreign construction company and consultant.
∎ Knowledge on Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Management.
∎ Communication skill in English is essential.
∎ Age not over 50 years (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate).
∎ Sound knowledge on civil design and Bangladesh National Building Code.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (as per experience) But expected salary should be mentioned in the CV.
