∎ Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law
∎ Follow-up & ensure timely implementation of all given task.
∎ Educate and train subordinate Surveyor.
∎ Ensure repair and maintenance of all the survey equipment's.
∎ To lead a team and make them same skilled, to identify and solve any sort of problem.
