Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (CE) / Building Engineering & Construction Management (BECM) from any reputed Public/Private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she would have knowledge on Project Planning, work program, work scheduling using software like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project etc.
∎ He/she should have knowledge on the prevailing 'Schedule of Rates' of different government departments like LGED, PWD, RHD, MES and should have knowledge to calculate unit item rates on the basis of present market prices of materials, labours /workers, equipment and other ancillary items (VAT, AIT, Taxes, OH, cost of fund, contractor's profit, etc ). Experience on QS and Documentation will prove additional qualification.
∎ He/she should know the procedure/process of handling and submission of all types of Govt./ Semi-govt./non-govt. tenders of LTM/OTM/ICB/DPM/delegate method and its procurement.
∎ He/she should have experience in preparation of EOI, LOI, Project proposal, budgeting, cost proposal, business proposal and power point presentation of the same. Preparation of MB, RA bills, IPC, etc will be preferable.
∎ Sourcing of construction materials, equipment, & manpower and find out their present competitive market price should be within the scope of his/her job responsibilities. Working experience in challenging environment will add positive value.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Practical Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email Correspondence & Tally Software (if any).
