Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Goal is to improve software product service quality and deliver customer satisfaction
∎ Ensure service quality by replying customer emails and reviews
∎ Follow up the email chain and reviews, until customer problem resolved
∎ Handle and record customer queries or complains and take initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
∎ Must have sound knowledge in computer and IT skills including use of E-mail, Internet browsing and Google Docs & Sheets
∎ Handling Inbound & Outbound calls of clients promptly with customer service skills
∎ Cross-checking availability of our users concern on a regular basis
∎ Will have to work as an effective member of the team & communicate to the proper authority
∎ Manage social media and website of the company
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Complete English fluency.
∎ Preference will be given those have experience.
∎ Previous U.S.-based customer service experience is a plus.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
