∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure service quality by replying to customer emails and reviews
∎ Follow up the email chain and reviews, until the customer problem resolved
∎ Handle and record customer queries or complaints and take initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
∎ Handling Inbound & Outbound calls of clients promptly with customer service skills
∎ Cross-checking the availability of our users' concerns on a regular basis
∎ Work as an effective member of the team & communicate with the proper authority
∎ Manage social media and website of the company
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Complete English fluency.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of computer and IT skills including the use of E-mail, Internet browsing, Google Docs & Sheets.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have a basic understanding of mobile apps and can provide a workaround for issues.
∎ Previous U.S.-based customer service experience is a plus.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
