∎ Bachelor / BBA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Publishing content on all social channels
∎ Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
∎ Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Create and edit posts, videos, and other content.
∎ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Making Article, Translate Bangla Article in English & English Article in Bangla.
∎ Perform other duties as per company requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able Carry won a laptop for the internship period
∎ Should be well behaved & communicative.
Salary: Tk. 5000 (Monthly)
