Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university.
∎ 1-2 years of professional experience in technical support, customer service, QA, or a related technical field.
∎ Good understanding of software troubleshooting techniques (e.g., API knowledge, database basics, common bugs).
∎ Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and support platforms is a plus.
∎ Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently.
∎ Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Basic knowledge of SaaS products, cloud technologies, or remote team tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide excellent technical support to SpaceSoft Limited customers via email, chat, and occasional calls.
∎ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer-reported issues in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices.
∎ Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
∎ Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product team.
∎ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding communication and service.
∎ Assist in building technical support documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
∎ Stay up-to-date with product updates and new features to offer accurate support.
