∎ 7 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI shipment, conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail
∎ Ensure all distribution activities (eg. Warehouse, Transport, Product delivery.
∎ Maintain proper distribution management etc.).
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, VAT department, production department etc
∎ Preparation of Material planning and ensure of timely material supply to the Production developing proper store management.
∎ Prepare a variety of procurement-related documents, correspondences and reports, analyze the existing practices and procedures and contribute to development of institutional procurement policies and procedures
∎ Establish approaches for negotiations and conduct or coordinate all phases of negotiations with all concerned parties, including the negotiation of disputes arising from contracts
∎ Responsible for prepare & submit monthly, quarterly and annual report to the management
∎ for necessary action Placing orders for all purchase local & foreign, after checking the best source, price & lead-time Guiding Team if need any drafting correction on documentation / permission according to the contract / booking/ approvall mail etc.
∎ Ensure preparing and renewal all kind of Commercial Related Certificates from government authorities
∎ Ensure managing yearly Customs Audit claims independently
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export/Import as well as payment follow up
∎ Any other tasks assign by the Management
