∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting & sorting Bill & Challan copies from Vendor/ Project Operation
∎ Checking & Calculating measurements of Bill & Challan copy according to MRR
∎ Creating bills in ERP system/Manually
∎ Taking Hard-copy approval of bills
∎ Maintaining vendor account in Excel and updating information accordingly
∎ Maintaining tracking list of forwarded bill to Audit/Accounts department
∎ Following-up vendor's payment and updating payment status to vendor
∎ Providing documents (VAT/AIT) to vendor as per requirement
∎ Any other related job assigned as per requirement
∎ Reporting to concerned buyers on regular basis.
