∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): RMPM Procurement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain vendors’ prices for each purchase requisition of electrical items as per company purchase policy.
∎ Prepare a comparative statement for all purchases.
∎ Prepare purchase orders based on the approved comparative statement.
∎ Follow up and ensure product supply in due time.
∎ Follow up on import clearance and work on document arrangement.
∎ Follow up bill payment procedure.
∎ Sourcing & keep contact with effective vendors.
∎ Prepare various reports related to purchasing as required by the head of the department,
∎ To implement & follow ISO 9001 procedures & instructions in areas of work

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 4-5 years working experience in Pharmaceutical or relevant industries.
∎ Sound knowledge in ERP/SAP and MS Office package.
∎ Good Communication Skill.
