Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate Printing Materials development for launching products as per MKT and PD requirement.
∎ Printing Materials development for existing products as per regulatory requirement.
∎ Initiate PMs development for institutional requirement and arrange delivery within stipulated time frame.
∎ Initiate procurement of the determined export PMs each month based on export requirement.
∎ Preparing purchase orders and follow up with the vendors for on time delivery to ensure un-interrupted production and settling vendors' payments.
∎ Receiving and resolving complains of delivered PMs within stipulated time frame.
∎ Preparing RFQ, collecting quotation, negotiation, preparing CS and taking approval for purchase of materials.
∎ Audit major local vendors and make evaluation of vendor's performances.
∎ Sourcing materials and vendors locally, exploring market and vendor development.
∎ Follow up the ISO procedures in all activities.
∎ Maintain supply chain database on a regular basis.
