Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing and Purchasing of all types of Local and Imported Reagent for ACI Limited and ACI Healthcare Limited
∎ Sourcing and Purchasing of all types of QC and R&D Lab Equipment along with Spare Parts for ACI Limited and ACI HealthCare Limited.
∎ Collections of trial materials, necessary regulatory/QC documents, and other relevant information concerning the materials
∎ Preparing comparative statement for all purchases, negotiating prices and terms with the supplier, establishing a PO or LC/CAD/TT where applicable.
∎ Coordination and communication with ACI Limited, AHL, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Finance Dept. for concerning issue
∎ To follow up and ensure material and demand supply on time
∎ Maintain records of goods ordered and received
∎ To follow up with vendors for smooth delivery of material and confirm optimum inventory level
∎ To ensure quality material as per QC need
∎ Follow up the bill payment procedure for any local purchase
∎ To provide innovative ideas in changing and developing business strategies and program

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
