Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and process the suppliers’ bill for Pharma RM- PM & Pharma Promotional Item.
∎ Check and process the suppliers’ bill for Pharma RM- PM & Pharma Promotional Item.
∎ Receive GRN from factory and bill from supplier
∎ Match GRN with the bill.
∎ Entry bill with details date in Mat Plan software after checking.
∎ After entry in Mat plan then bill sign to authorised person.
∎ Complete all approval process and then forward bill to finance for payment.
∎ Follow up the process after forwarding the bill to finance until receiving the cheque.
∎ Meet the query of Audit and Finance regarding bill.
∎ Providing Vat challan, comparative statement,CEP, quotation & requisition as per Audit query.
∎ Follow up with concern person as well as supplier for incomplete / part PO bill.
∎ Replacement of rejection for avoiding Vat problem.
∎ Providing outstanding reports to concern person or supplier.
∎ Paid or unpaid bill status check.
∎ Solve of all suppliers claims.
∎ Maintain communication with suppliers
∎ Follow up with factory for undelivered GRN like & sent them mail to factory for GRN.
∎ Manage issue of problematic bill.
∎ Arrange to expedite of issuance of GRN from factory
∎ Response suppliers query regarding bill.
∎ Deliver the cheque to the supplier against their bill by receiving signature.
∎ Weekly & Monthly report on bill payment.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
