Pharmaceuticals, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily production reports and follow-up production.
∎ Update daily FG Stock and make STI for FG goods
∎ Prepare RM, PM requisition for production according to updated Bill of Materials (BOM)
∎ Receive RM, PM, FG (Local PO, LC, Toll transfer, Depot Transfer) into the system and transfer Local FG, LC Goods to Madanpur Central warehouse on time.
∎ Communicate with MIS and Corporate Supply Chain Department for updating RM, PM, FG and converted RM (Depot return FG) into the system which has not yet been updated.
∎ Communicate and follow-up Commercial and Corporate Supply chain for local and LC FG conversion.
∎ Issue RM & PM from inventory according to RM, PM requisition for production.
∎ Prepare product-wise consumption report.
∎ Manage petty cash and record expanse details.
∎ Maintain factory canteen for lunch facilities.
∎ Prepare monthly closing report of Madanpur Animal Health Factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Expertise in MS Excel/data keeping and analysis.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Willing to work in factory/warehouse environment.
