Job Responsibilities:
∎ o Implementing and maintaining the standard purchasing process, establishing purchase policy and strategy with a view to enhance savings and reduce waste.
∎ o Develop a purchasing & material sourcing policy, and set a standard lead time for delivering to the end consumer.
∎ o Initiate and develop creative and innovative procurement processes.
∎ o Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards, and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders if appropriate.
∎ o Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
∎ o Develop, implement and maintain a supplier relationship and evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance.
∎ o Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
∎ o Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of requirement specifications and expectations of the company.
∎ o Ensure compliance in all procure-to-pay processes & procurement rights.
∎ o Achieve the set procurement target in coordination with team members.
∎ o Onboard and develop value-added suppliers and nurture partnerships.
∎ o Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
∎ o Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ o Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
∎ o Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
∎ o Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
∎ o Preparing detailed reports on procurement and deliveries

∎ Age 24 to 35 years
