∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 5-7 years’ relevant experience in interior & construction work.
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience on interior & construction works of finishing projects.
∎ Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure progress of interior & construction works as per schedule.
∎ Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design, drawing, specification & safety security guidelines.
∎ Coordinate engineering team activities & field progress with relevant departments providing advice, counseling as & when required.
∎ Follow up activities of workers & subcontractors on regular basis.
∎ Ensure the project related materials, drawing and other documents.
∎ Preparation of construction progress report, checking of construction bills & send authorize to management for approval process.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.
