Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, COURIER SERVICE, Logistics Management, Transport Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Satellite TV, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing daily route plan and schedule duty time of drivers on daily basis.
∎ Planning & arrangement of Vehicle based on regular Route Plan
∎ Monitor leave management, overtime, roster plan of drivers.
∎ Checking daily log book, Controlling fuel & Gas Consumption of vehicles.
∎ Ensure logistics support as per route plan.
∎ Keeping records and prepare reports of all the important information such as driver information, travel logs & distance, fuel consumption, accidents & other incident details etc.
∎ Collection of transport related bills and vouchers, taking approval from management and process it.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance of the vehicle like regular servicing and engine oil change, damaged vehicle parts change etc.
∎ Checking vehicle related papers such as insurance, fitness, tax, registration papers from time to time and update them according to the instruction of Transport Manager.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours as well as in different roster plan
