∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 5 (five) years of work experience in a hospital/ outdoor practice (preferably in urban area) relating to primary health care, maternal and child health, reproductive health, communicable diseases.
∎ Must have at least 2 (two) years of experience in supervision of health care facilities (private/ NGO).
∎ A proven professional track record of integrity, honesty and transparency is essential.
∎ Understanding of health care service delivery and its related models in Bangladesh is preferred.
∎ Ability to work independently, making decisions with little or no supervisory input.
∎ Have a strong sense of ownership and pro-activeness.
∎ Proven track record in stakeholder management (specially GoB, Private & Public Health care administration, local support group etc.)
∎ Knowledge of computer operations, MS Office, MS Teams, and cloud-based software like MS SharePoint.
∎ Proficient in written and oral communication in English and Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reports to the relevant project management of the consultant and relevant GoB authority.
∎ Regular monitoring and visits to assigned government outdoor dispensaries.
∎ Works with outdoor dispensary team to identify new populations to serve.
∎ Ensure implementation of Quality Improvement (QI) and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
∎ Ensures that all administrative activities at the facility level are coordinated with relevant GoB authority and the consultant (SHN) and carried out effectively and efficiently.
∎ Takes the lead in managing, reporting, and helps to investigate any unpleasant events that may occur in the facility and support the team in taking corrective action.
∎ Relevant authority may also request additional medical or surgical procedures as needed.
