∎ Candidates with experience in Refrigerator R&D, product testing, and quality assurance will be given preference.
∎ Ability to work in laboratory data acquisition system
∎ Expertise in Control room temperature/humidity, calibration work

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand and apply the principles of the refrigeration cycle in product development and testing.
∎ Optimize cooling circuit systems, including evaporators, condensers, thermostats, and gas amounts.
∎ Conduct trial production by prototyping various materials and components.
∎ Perform standardization tests in compliance with BSTI regulations.
∎ Control and monitor performance-humidity tests and graphics of 36 stations.
∎ Develop material component drawings for sample development and new model prototypes.
∎ Verify BOM for various products, including AC, TV, WM, GR, and MO.
∎ Conduct field visits to customer sites for trial refrigerator installations and assessments across different districts of Bangladesh.
