Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Assist in the completion of the construction of the Bangladesh plasma station.
∎ - Establish the operation management system of the plasma station and guide the plasma station to implement the management system.
∎ - Build a plasma station publicity framework, formulate a strategic recruitment plan.
∎ - Formulate staffing plans, participate in recruitment work, and train personnel in related positions.
∎ - Operation process and data management analysis of plasma station.
∎ - Formulate an annual work plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ 05-12 years’ relevant experience in plasma bank /Blood bank.
Salary: Tk. 188000 - 213000 (Monthly)
