Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the Linen Room/Laundry Room.
∎ Ensure all laundry processes meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
∎ Manage a team of laundry staff and coordinate with other departments.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area and linen room.
∎ Oversee linen supplies, quality control, and inventory management.
∎ Report any damaged items and ensure proper storage and recording of linen.
∎ Ensure proper running of equipment and appropriate use of chemicals.
∎ Train and develop the laundry team and manage stock takes.
∎ Assign schedules and duties to laundry staff.
∎ We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Laundry Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our laundry facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laundry services, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
∎ Duties and Responsibilities:
