∎ Sakata Inx is a Japanese Multinational organization which is present in more than 14 countries. It is third largest ink producer in the world. Sakata Inx has chosen Bangladesh as its next base for establishing new manufacturing unit.
∎ Sakata Inx is looking for some brilliant, talented, qualified & experiences candidates for it factory coming up in Meghna Industrial Economic Zone (MIEZ), tipordi, mograpara, sonargaon, narayangonj.
∎ Job Location : Meghna Industrial Economic Zone (MIEZ), Tipordi, Mograpara, Sonargaon, Narayangonj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will have to actively involve with installation, erection, commissioning of process & utility equipment's.
∎ Will have to carry out preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of automated process and utility equipment's of plant.
∎ Will have to maintain process equipment's like-high speed agitators, centrifugal & gear pumps, high performance grinding machines etc. and all utility & process pipe line.
∎ Will have to periodically plan cleaning-filter, louver, dust collector, all utility & process pipe line, scrubber system etc.
∎ Will have to operation & maintenance-utility equipment's like Chiller, Cooling tower, Boiler. Air compressor, Fire Hydrant system, AHU, FCU, Split AC, VFR system
∎ Will have to performing scheduled maintenance of Water Purification Plant, Softener, MGF, IRF and Activated Carbon Filter etc.
∎ Will have to coordination with Internal and External ISO / TPM related activities.
∎ Will have to communicating with internal team and external parties for smooth completion of the assigned jobs.
∎ Will have to Report to concerned head immediately if any interruption happens of utility and production machine operation
∎ Will have to follow all safety rules and procedures inside the factory premises, specially ink manufacturing plant is highly in flammable and requires special guideline to carryout maintenance inside the production area.
∎ Will have to Report all unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to Departmental Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) coordinator at the first available opportunity.
∎ Will have to carry out shift wise duty round the Clock.
∎ Will have to Any other tasks assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least minimum 5/7 years' experiences is must.
∎ or both the candidates Manufacturing Industrial working experiences is must.
∎ Candidates who have working experiences in Chemical / Petrochemical / Paints / Pharmaceuticals industry will get first preferences.
∎ Candidates who live in Narayangonj area will be given preferences.
∎ Will have to be the capability to working for long hours, considering the nature of job of breakdown of machineries.
∎ Good knowledge about Modern technology / machineries.
∎ Should have excellent people management capability
