Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Management (MBM)
∎ MBA in Business Administration / Marketing / Finance / Supply Chain is preferable.
∎ Post graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an additional qualification.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical, Heavy Duty Manufacturing Industry, Paint Coating Chemical or Ink Industry., Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals
Job Context:
∎ Sakata Inx is a Japanese Multinational organization which is present in more than 14 countries. It is third largest Ink producer in the world. Sakata Inx has chosen Bangladesh as its next base for establishing new manufacturing unit.
∎ Sakata Inx is looking for some brilliant, talented, motivated & experiences candidates for it Factory coming up in Meghna Industrial Economic Zone (MIEZ), Tipordi, Mograpara, Sonargaon, Narayangonj.
∎ Job Location : Meghna Industrial Economic Zone (MIEZ), Tipordi, Mograpara, Sonargaon, Narayangonj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record receiving and issuing of all raw materials report, packaging material requisition, inventory taking, as per procedure.
∎ Maintain and audit Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).
∎ Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Making close coordination with commercial department for all local and foreign purchase.
∎ Responsible for raw materials issue to production and keep records of minimum stock level of the products.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports and send to the related department.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products and update stock on regular basis.
∎ Responsible for maintaining software-based system (Tally/ ERP) for materials delivering to the production Floor as per plan.
∎ Responsible for doing warehouse activities to ensure that RM/ PM and other accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Ensure recording the time receiving of products and materials correctly and securely;
∎ Make sure of material storage with proper traceability and identity and whether these are being stored maintaining proper principle of storage.
∎ Ensure/ Follow up safe transportation of goods from port to Customer's site.
∎ Establish material delivery planning/procedures to ensure availability of required import material in time.
∎ Liaison with Commercial Department for LC opening and follow up with the in transit material.
∎ Need to monitor the following data registers: Materials Delivery Challan (MDC); Gate Pass; Goods Receipt Note (GRN) etc.
∎ Provide data/documents and support Billing department to prepare bills.
∎ Follow up the storage process for all the imported materials, monitor stock level, site wise inventory management and generate report weekly/monthly.
∎ Ensure all operation adhere to laws, guideline and ISO requirements.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of self and development of work process/system.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management
∎ One should have exposure to systems driven environment e.g. ISO-9000/ISO-14000/ISO-18000 and awareness of 5S and TPM systems will be preferable as Sakata is a Japanese organisation who have initiated these systems Implementation worldwide.
∎ One should have good awareness about local transport arrangement for on time delivery and cost effectiveness. Since our manufactured product need to be delivered to customers within Bangladesh on short time delivery, therefore one need to be proactive in arranging transport for quick delivery with cost effectiveness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ More than 10 years' experience on Store and Logistic Activities in Chemical / Petrochemical / Paint / Pharmaceuticals or any kinds of reputed Manufacturing Industry in Bangladesh.
∎ Very good System and Planning abilities.
∎ Good team leading abilities.
∎ Excellent communication.
∎ Expert in FIFO - LIFO systems.
∎ Information and task monitoring
∎ Proactive, honest, Sincere, hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ Should be punctual and need hardworking positive attitude.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate have new project base experiences will be added as an additional experience.
