∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Housekeeping, Housekeeping maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the daily housekeeping works and provide timely report to the reporting officer.
∎ Organize, supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping Team Members on a daily basis.
∎ Prepare duty rosters and supervise Team Members for maintaining the discipline.
∎ Counsel and encourage Team Members for providing better performance in the workplace.
∎ Generate new ideas for improving the work efficiency of the workers and the existing work practices.
∎ Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for cleaning
∎ Develop new procedures through KAIZEN method to increase efficiency of workers and proper use of products
∎ Evaluate the performance of the subordinate cleaners and sweepers.
∎ Prepare and implement training programs for enhancing the working capacities of the housekeeping workers.
∎ Ensure proper cleaning of the factory and its premises as per the company standards.
∎ Accomplish all the other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 19000 (Monthly)
