Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate home shifting projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics management.
∎ Communicate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide them with accurate cost estimates and timelines.
∎ Supervise and lead a team of movers and packers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
∎ Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of packing materials, equipment, and techniques used by the team.

∎ Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and resolve them effectively
∎ Any other related job assigned by management

∎ Age 20 to 30 years
