Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all electrical floor jobs with a time frame.
∎ Maintain technicians and workers safety issue while doing troubleshooting works
∎ Maintain 5S in all work place.
∎ Prepare and update check list and task list of all electrical equipment.
∎ Maintenance and troubleshoot of 11KV substation.
∎ Maintenance and troubleshooting of 900KW gas generator
∎ Maintenance and troubleshooting of 350KVA diesel generator
∎ Maintenance and troubleshooting of Electrical Fork lift.
∎ Prepare daily maintenance report and log of used spare parts.
∎ Maintain correspondence with TITAS and REB
∎ Prepare and update electrical parts list of all machine
∎ Troubleshoot PLC related problem
∎ Maintain all documents in a supportive manner to get proper information from documents
∎ Observe machine operation and provide out of the box solution to improve output of the machine.
∎ Prepare monthly requisition of all electrical parts by 28th of each month.
∎ Survey market for spare parts regarding availability & pricing and source for new spare
∎ Conduct morning meeting with electrical team.
∎ Train up subordinate to increase efficiency.
∎ Maintain electrical breakdown minimum.
∎ Root cause analysis of all the failures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years related experience in Refrigerator Plant.
∎ Experience in mechanical maintenance will be added advantage
∎ Must have sound knowledge on PLC automation
∎ Should have mentality to work on night shift
∎ Age not more than 35 years
