Job Context:
∎ Eco-Friendly Green Bricks Limited is the Bangladesh`s first ever AAC Block manufacturing Company that is looking for competent candidates for the position of "Supervisor - Boiler Operating, Autoclave Controlling & Steam Distribution" at its Factory in Ghatail, Tangail.
∎ Workplace : Work at Factory (Ghatail, Tangail)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Over all supervision of Boiler Operating, Autoclave Controlling & Steam Distribution.
∎ Supervise and assist with assembly, disassembly, inspection, repair and all kinds of testing of Boiler, Autoclave and Steam Distributor.
∎ Operate and troubleshoot Boiler, Autoclave, Steam Distributor and other related equipment.
∎ Prepare equipment for jobs and verify that all related equipment is always properly lined up in order of job function.
∎ Supervise service operator and helper to make sure that all the safety measures are being followed and the work is going error free.
∎ Ensure tools, equipment, machinery, and work areas are kept clean.
∎ Make quick, accurate and informed decisions during operations.
∎ Perform various other job duties as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3-6 year(s) of experience in Boiler Operation, Autoclave Control and Steam Distribution.
∎ Must be conversant in English communication
∎ Candidates must have experience in Boiler Operation, Autoclave Control and Steam Distribution.
∎ Willingness to learn.
∎ Team Player.
∎ Problem Solving/Analysis.
