Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Civil Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having Professional Certification will be added extra advantage.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction site, Site Engineering, Site Management, site supervision
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience with any developer/construction-related Consultancy firm for building works
∎ Execute effective plan, implement & monitor of project activities.
∎ Provide technical support for all jobs involved in the projects to the subordinate.
∎ Ensure all works of projects are running as per program in consistent with Working Drawings.
∎ Ensure all excess utility connections officially disconnected, all utility meters safe and secured, security post constructed, site office established with proper facilities, labor shed constructed with required facilities, safe and secured store for preserving materials.
∎ Train the project team on assessment, quality control, progress monitoring & administration discipline to create satisfactory job environment.
∎ Ensure all quality control process are maintained properly.
∎ To make Sure all safety measures are followed by both the contractor and his people.
∎ To arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personal to identify the issue to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respect.
∎ Select finishing materials like tiles, bath and electrical fixtures etc. in consultation with Supply chain management,
∎ Create & update personal work planning & style to motive own self for smooth, effective & timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve the company's goal.
∎ Prepare finishing detail program for projects in finishing stage.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of projects.
∎ Keep record regarding Sites information, copy of approved plan and detail information.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ready to work under pressure;
∎ Excellent command over English
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality;
∎ Good communication skill;
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Smart in inter-personal and communication skills.
