∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Leadership, Site Engineering, Site Management, site supervision
Job Context:
∎ An organization is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as a Supervision / Site Engineer to maintain Interior & construction site.
∎ Job Location - Aftabnagar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience with any interior/construction-related Consultancy firm for building works
∎ Execute effective plan, implement & monitor of project activities.
∎ Provide technical support for all jobs involved in the projects to the subordinate.
∎ Ensure all works of projects are running as per program in consistent with Working Drawings.
∎ Ensure all excess utility connections officially disconnected, all utility meters safe and secured, securities y post constructed, site is office established with proper facilities.
∎ Ensure all quality control process are maintained properly.
∎ To make Sure all safety measures are followed by both the contractor and his people.
∎ Select finishing materials like tiles, bath and electrical fixtures etc. in consultation with Supply chain management,
∎ Create & update personal work planning & style to motive own self for smooth, effective & timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve the company's goal.
∎ Prepare finishing detail program for projects in finishing stage.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of projects.
∎ Keep record regarding Sites information, copy of approved plan and detail information.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having Professional Certification will be added extra advantage.
∎ Ready to work under pressure;
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality;
∎ Good communication skill;
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Smart in inter-personal and communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
